New Years Eve Gala at the Theatre Royal
New Years Eve at the Theatre Royal is now an annual feature in Bath's cultural calendar. See out the old and bring in the new with a scintillating programme of popular classics, culminating in a Last Night of the Proms style finale.
Bath Philharmonia, with Principal Conductor Jason Thornton, will be joined by two of Britain's finest young musicians. Violinist Thomas Gould was picked by London's Evening Standard as a rising star in classical music and will perform Bruch's Violin Concerto. Joining him is the soprano Pippa Goss, winner of Bath's Thelma King Vocal Prize.
