Seeking New Trustees
Bath Phil is at an important point in its development. We have established a distinctive model that combines outstanding orchestral performance with creative learning, co-creation and community engagement.
The next challenge is to build the capacity, resilience and profile to take that work further. We’re seeking new Trustees to help shape that next chapter. We are looking for people who care about Bath Phil's vision and values and who can bring experience, curiosity, strategic thinking, challenge, connections or lived experience to the Board.

Creative Learning Producer
0.4 FTE | £30,000 FTE (£12,000 actual) | Bath
Help us create music with people, not just for them.
Bath Philharmonic Orchestra is looking for a creative, organised and collaborative Creative Learning Producer (part time) to help develop and deliver our growing programme of work with children, young people and communities.
We believe orchestras don’t just perform for their communities – they create with them. From our long-running work with young carers to projects with schools, inclusive music ensembles and co-created work alongside our professional orchestra, we create opportunities for people to experience, make and share music.
You’ll produce a portfolio of projects from planning through to delivery and evaluation, working with professional musicians, creative practitioners, schools and community partners. We’re looking for someone who combines creative thinking with excellent organisation, enjoys building relationships and has experience producing or coordinating creative, arts, music, education or community projects.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of Bath Phil’s Creative Learning work.
Primarily based at our Bath office, with travel to project locations across the South West. Enhanced DBS check required.
Closing date: Friday 13 November, 5pm
