Help us do more

At Bath Phil, we're helping shape the future of orchestral music by creating joyful live orchestral experiences that connect people, celebrate creativity and reflect our communities.

Alongside world-class performances, we champion today's composers, amplify female and diverse artists, and create space for children, young people and communities to create and perform original music alongside our extraordinary musicians.

We believe orchestral music should never stand still: it should evolve, it should belong and everyone should have the chance to experience it.

If you believe music can inspire creativity, strengthen communities and help people discover their own voice, we'd love you to be part of our story.

We passionately believe in the power of orchestral music to move, entertain and most importantly bring people together. We want as many people as possible, from every part of our community, to experience live orchestral music and to take part in music-making. It's a commonly used cliche to say music enhances and even changes peoples lives, but we see it happen. Every penny raised is directed towards this goal.

Why your support matters

When you support Bath Phil, you're helping shape the future of live orchestral music.

You're bringing world-class musicians, conductors, composers and soloists to Bath and the South West, while championing today's musical voices—including living composers, female artists and diverse musicians.

At the same time, you're creating opportunities for children, young young carers and communities to work alongside those artists: sharing ideas, creating music together and discovering that their own creativity has value.

We believe orchestral music is at its most powerful when excellence and participation go hand in hand. When audiences experience outstanding performances alongside music created with the communities around them.

Together, we can create an orchestral future that is more creative, more inclusive and more connected than ever before.
