"We passionately believe in the power of orchestral music to move, entertain and most importantly bring people together. We want as many people as possible, from every part of our community, to experience live orchestral music and to take part in music-making. It's a commonly used cliche to say music enhances and even changes peoples lives, but we see it happen. Every penny raised is directed towards this goal."

Jason Thornton, Music Director, Bath Philharmonia

GIFT AID

When a UK taxpayer gives a gift of money to Bath Philharmonia, they have already paid tax on that money. Because we are exempt from tax, we can claim an amount from HMRC equal to the tax you paid on that money. This repayment from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is known as Gift Aid. By asking for permission to reclaim the tax that you have already paid on your donation, you can increase the value of your gift by one quarter. So, if you make a gift of £100, we can receive an extra £25 at no cost to you. All you need to do is tick the Gift Aid It box when you make your gift.

So remember to tick the box.

If you are a UK tax payer you can Gift Aid your donation and make it grow by 25% at no extra cost to you (unfortunately, gifts from a charitable trust or business accounts or through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) are not eligible for Gift Aid).

SUPPORTERS

Bath Philharmonia is a charity and is reliant on the support of many generous individuals, friends, patrons, trusts and foundations. Thank you to everyone that helps ensure that the orchestra continues to make its mark, both on and off the concert platform, across the South West and beyond.
